Scope and operator

This notice covers the True Lanes website and mobile local preview. The legal operator and privacy contact are pending confirmation. Production registration remains closed. The notice will be updated with operator details and actual providers before live member data is collected.

Information used

The preview records the demo profile, organization and truck details, selected areas, chat messages, reports, room preferences, driving-mode setting and versioned policy acknowledgements. Uploads include the test PDF, its byte count and content hash, processing status and consent records. Security and audit records describe actions and their time.

The app does not currently collect background GPS, microphone recordings, payment details or a production phone sign-in. Selecting an area is not live location tracking.

Purpose and visibility

Information supports fleet posts, community messages, offline chat, upload tracking, abuse prevention and an audit of important changes. Published posts and messages are visible to other users of the same workspace. Quarantined PDFs are not available through a public download route. All users of the local demo share its demonstration account; it is not a private multi-user production service.

Storage and retention

The local API stores records on the computer running it. The mobile client keeps account-separated chat history and unsent messages in SQLite for offline use. Disconnecting clears that chat cache. The website can remember your chosen color theme on your browser.

Test PDF originals use encrypted local storage and normally expire after seven days. Cleanup runs only while the local API runs. Duplicate upload bytes are removed. Extended appeal retention requires a separate document-processing consent; open appeals can postpone deletion. Metadata and audit cleanup for production is still being implemented. Do not submit real confidential documents to this preview.

Providers, AI and optional tracking

No live document-extraction AI provider, advertising SDK or optional analytics service is connected in this preview. Your documents are not sent to Claude, Jev or another inference provider by the current upload flow. Before enabling a provider, the notice must identify what is sent, necessary PII reduction, retention and training settings, and applicable choices.

There is no sale or advertising-based sharing of personal information in this preview. Accepting account terms does not opt you into optional tracking, marketing, background location or AI document processing.

Your choices and requests

You can remove your messages, archive trucks, change room preferences and disconnect to clear mobile chat. Clearing browser storage removes browser preferences. Those actions do not automatically delete all API or audit records.

To request access, correction or deletion from the local workspace, contact the project owner who supplied it. A verified production privacy contact, request process, account deletion flow and retention schedule must be available before registration opens. Rights depend on applicable law; this draft does not waive them.
