True Lanes is being developed for adult freight professionals in the United States. This local preview uses a shared demonstration identity; connecting does not create a verified production account. Use test information only. Features, records and availability may change or be reset during development.

Your account and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and do not impersonate another carrier, dispatcher or broker. A badge or document status is not a guarantee of another person’s conduct.

Safe and independent decisions

Do not type, upload or interact with the app while driving. Park safely first. Rates and community posts are informational; make your own commercial decisions. Do not coordinate prices, minimum rates, boycotts or other anti-competitive conduct. True Lanes does not book a load, act as your broker, or guarantee payment, profitability or road safety in this preview.

Community and documents

Post only material you are entitled to share. Do not upload another person’s confidential information without authority, harass people, distribute malware or submit fabricated evidence. You retain ownership of your content and authorize the processing reasonably needed to provide the features you choose, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate upload consent.

The preview stores test PDFs in private quarantine. A successful upload does not mean the document is verified, earns a reward, or changes published rates. Document processing, extended retention and optional services require their own applicable notices and choices.

Moderation, availability and payments

Posts may be held or removed and access may be restricted for safety, abuse or policy violations. Reporting is available on community messages; a production appeal and support workflow is still being built. The preview has no paid subscriptions or entitlement delivery. Pricing, cancellation and refund terms must be presented before any future purchase.

The preview is provided for evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted service or accuracy. Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Policy versions are shown on these pages. Material account terms will require a new acknowledgement before continued member activity. Optional privacy choices will not be silently changed by accepting account terms.

The legal operator and support address have not yet been supplied. Until those details and launch terms are finalized, production registration remains closed. For the local preview, contact the project owner who provided your workspace.
